HSBC Compliance Officer interview questions

Internal recruiter places screening call and asks for current income. Sets up appointment with 3 to 4 staff members including MD. It was a very streamlined process and overall I thought HSBC seems to really promote its female staff. I have gotten this impression as I was considered for and interviewed for other roles. I know this would be a great place to work.
