There was a Phone screen, Assessment center including panel interview, group assessment and a 1:1 interview, all quite standard stuff. The phone screen is conducted by HR with the rest conducted at the assessment center day.
Easy process a couple assessments. Overall not too bad but they do take a rather long time to get through the process. The 2 assessments were half computational half situational

They asked about setting up a portfolio for a specific client
Multiple stages involved including Job simulation. Very efficient and involved a video interview integrated into the job simulation stage. Involved numerical testing that was not overly difficult albeit time pressured.
