The first stage consists of numerical tests and situational tests. In the second you are asked to do an online interview. After that, (if you are succesful) you are invited to their offices for the final one to one interview.

M&A Internship in the Paris office. Fairly easy, with 2 rounds, first with an analyst and associate (mostly technical questions), second with a VP then MD (mainly fit and motivation)

During the interview, I was briefed with the daily job activities and the challenges thereof, required competencies and the profile of students they were looking for. Moreover, the recruiters explained the benefits of working there.

Question 1
I was first asked a classic set of questions:
Q: Tell me a little bit about yourself and explain your background.
Q: What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Q: Do you work better under pressure or with time to plan and organize?
Q: Why are you interested in this internship?
Q: Why should we consider you for this internship?
But also more specific questions related to the position, such as the ability to prioritize over tasks.
