I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
it took a month, first applied through referral, reaching out and had a phone interview for about 15 mins. Scheduled to have interview with your functional manager, wealth coach (investment) and the area manager. The process was longer than what I expect. And they required a lot of proof of your formal job W-2, recommendation letter, and stuff.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HSBC (Damansara) in Mar 2025
Interview
Smooth and Easy. Understanding and open to sharing feedback and personal matters without expecting to divulge too much details. Respectful conversation. Give good hopes for a career. Wish the best to HSBC.
Not professional, they have hard time get any employees due to the reputation, and pay structure. Manager doesn’t know how to manage people. They tried to hire two relationships managers for almost one year, but they can’t get anyone
