Interview
The entire recruitment journey was an incredibly smooth, five-stage virtual process spanning three months. From the very beginning, the experience was designed to be highly accessible and candidate-friendly.
The evaluation was thorough, consisting of an initial job assessment, a practical job simulation, a structured video interview, and a final-stage assessment center.
What truly set this experience apart was the people. Every single interviewer was exceptionally friendly, warm, and accommodating. Their supportive approach drastically reduced the typical stress of a virtual interview, making the comprehensive three-month timeline feel both welcoming and deeply rewarding.
