A very planned intereview with a detailed briefing about the Profile they are looking for and very timely. Only lag was in releasing offer letter which took considerable time (2 weeks) post completion of all the documents.

It is always done in a rush, lack of full commitment to hiring process, filtering / identifying process aren't thorough. Onboarding, system access, direction setting, structured technical training are usually delayed.

HR are not that helpful as they do not specify if you are to be doing a CV interview, tecnical interview or competency interview. Just need to be more transparent
