There were 2 back-to-back 30-minute On-campus interviews. One of them is mostly behavioural, another one is mostly technical. There were no hard questions. Expect to be asked to pitch a stock.

After passing the typical online application with submission of CV, and tests, the first round interview is conducted with HR by phone, which is less than 30min. All are behavioral questions. Regular interview questions. They are very focused on the characters of the person. You are expect to answer questions quickly and clearly.

Interview
Standard process with tailored questions you needed to answer online. After submission you get a situational and a "IQ" test you need to finish. If successful they will tell you right away and review your application further. Next step was a phone interview with HR before you get invited to a half day assessment centre. No numerical exercises.
