HSBC Trade Finance Operations Manager interview questions

My resume was sent to Hsbc Bank and i received a call from the bank. They called me for an interview. I went and waited for a while in the lobby. The work environment looked nice. I was called into a coference room with 2 people. Both of them asked me subject related questions which i answered. Then during the coversation it came up they actually wanted a hard core sales person with maximum interaction however i had a very operations oriented experience.
