Yes when a customer would want shavings stacked differently than was the safest, most effective, or officially recommended way, and would want it stacked differently nearly every time to boot. But I would place the customer's judgement, circumstances, and priorities above my own and unequivocally put my faith in the customer. AKA the customer is always right.
