Phone interview only. Seemed impersonal, and the HR rep giving the interview would read from a line list of qualifications and if you did not respond back verbatim with the chosen terminology then it went no where. ex "have you worked with X technology before?"
"I have some experience with X, but I have years of experience with Y, which is 99% similar and I'm sure I could hit the ground running with X"
*HR rep would then not seek expansion on that point, just seemed disappointed to not hear "yes, i have years of experience in this niche proprietary technology X and nothing else!
standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. enjoyed learning more about the company and strategy moving forward. job was based in a territory I was not interested in moving in so I declined to move forward in the process

it was not bad but kinda hard so ya i didn’t know what to say but all in all it was okay yap don’t worry it’s worth the try . Nothing to worry about it’s just an interview so just do your best.
