It was three stages interview: agency, then regional manager and then Belgrade team. It was long process, that spread over 2 months. Usual interview questions for this field, and pleasant interviewers. Be prepared for a lot of questions, but no surprises in their line of questioning - mostly the focus was on past experiences and giving examples of reactions in specific situations. Last part, in the Belgrade office was short, with focus on fitting in with the team.
