It was just a basic phone screening question for the position. the process is 3 to 5 steps before an offer is made. the call was about 20 minutes. update for the position after the phone screening will take 3 to 5 days.

Started with phone screening in February '21 and the final round with the manager happened in April '21. They didn't even reply to my emails when enquired about the hiring decision. So, unprofessional.
