Interview
Application was done online. After 3 weeks, I was invited for telephone interview. Personal interview took place at Kaufering after a week. Telephone interview involved knowing the candidate and asking general questions about strengths and weaknesses. Personal interview was about explaining the tasks during internship and knowing the candidate even better
First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
