Interview
First interview: Introduction to the company, its activities, and the internship offer, including an overview of the tasks the intern will be responsible for. However, the team leader is not very talkative and tends to withhold information. You need to ask for details, including specifics about the internship.
HR interview (1 month later): Focus on the candidate’s achievements, their approach to failure, and their experience with collaboration.
Response time: A decision is typically communicated within one week following this interview.

Tell me about a team project where a conflict arose and how you resolved it.
First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
