Interview
After the CV scan, HR will arrange a call to understand your background, experiences and qualifications, they will also ask behavioral questions, Next step you will be informed that you are invited to a business case interview which HR will arrange a prep call beforehand. Then it's the business case interview which you will be given to read a document and asked to create a presentation in 90 min and present the PPT in front of hiring manager and HR. In the business case interview there will be Q&A about the case and about you as a candidate.

Question 1
Have you been in a situation where there are conflicts? How do you work with colleagues from different cultural background? What was the biggest challenges you faced and how did you solve it? What was your biggest achievement and what was your role in it?
What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour.
Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

It was detailed and direct and interesting. It was though provoking and difficult...People were good. company atm was good.. Ambience was good. Was comfortable. Will recommend. Pls prepare in advance. Not too much, but just enough.
