As an interviewee, I did not feel respected at all by the long and exhausting process of this company. The HR staff were nice themselves, but they kept arranging calls so I ended up having about 6 interviews in total including a 2 hr long case presentation interview, a phone screen, HR video conference interview, feedback interview, video conference interview with another regional office. Even though they were the ones that contacted me through LinkedIn and arranged interviews, they were expecting me to have full on industry knowledge on my second interview. They contacted me a year before my expected graduation. Even though I explained to them 3 times in the beginning of the process that I won't be graduating in a year and they said it's ok, after 4 months of endless interviews they gave me a rejection and their reason was me not being available for another year. They then offered to put me on the waitlist and then 3 weeks later they asked me to join the final round of interviews as if nothing had happened. So I guess most of the accepted applicants did not take the offer so in the end they were desperate to invite people to the final round. I refused to join because I felt like the long and inconsiderate process show how much they treat desperate graduates with no respect. Please shorten your process, cut down all the unnecessary interviews, and do understand that not a lot of people know about your industry and your company so you cannot just reach out to talents and then expect them to know everything about your industry and your direct sales methodologies.
