My resume was sent in and within two days I was called to interview at the property. I was interviewed by the General Manager of the property. Generic questions for an interview. After that, the Regional VP called and interviewed with more in depth questions about who I am as an employee.

Interview
First contact with the Hotel HR to define my availabilities for the position, if I am currently in a job and if I am quickly available for an interview. Then a first interview with the HR manager and the week after interviews with the GM to confirm.

Which mission I had in my previous positions, how do I deal with employees conflicts, how do I deal with guests complains. What I consider to be improved in my way of working, which difficult situations I had to deal with in the past. What do I consider to be my strengths.
