Hilton Human Resources Assistant interview questions

Applied online, received a call 4 months later, had one interview on the phone and a second in person. I was hired 2 weeks later. It was honestly pretty simple, in HR they look at more of your personality than your HR experience.

HR manager and Business Development Manager interviewed me. Casual chat through my CV. Discussed previous role at another hotel. highlighted the differences between the hotel and what this would mean for the differences in the role. Asked where I hoped to go from this job, about my university course, and how i could benefit the team. I was offered the job the same day
