Interview with behavioral questions, expectations, knowledge of the company and hospitality environment. Questions in regards of performance from the past with exact examples from previous experiences. Following by the showcase of the department and meeting the potential colleagues to have a clear expectations of the job
The interview process was an easy and a steady process, The questions were very fair and non-discriminatory. All questions pertained to the role and experience. Interviewer was professional and friendly.
