I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton
Interview
Enthusiastic recruiter, but then I was set up with a robo interview. Basically a webex recorded type of interview. Just me, video recording my responses. No human interaction. So since it was one-sided, I had no ability to ask questions about the position. That gave me all the insight I needed, that it wasn't for me. Don't tell me people are your most valuable asset and then not have the decency to have a face to face or phone interview with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Addison, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a pleasant experience interviewing for the position. I started with an HR screener and then a phone conversation with the hiring manager. After the phone interview, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager and the VP.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Was contacted by an internal recruiter at Hilton regarding the position. After a phone interview my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager and an interview scheduled within a week or so. The interview was very much about my background and expertise for the role and just understanding if there was a good fit.
Followup interviews were scheduled for the final candidates about 2 weeks later. I met with three different people for 2 hours total. They were on a very set schedule, so when their time was up the next person moved in, regardless of where you were in the questions. One of the interviewers was more interested in quizzing me about what I knew about Hilton rather than learning about my background, while the others were interested in my workstyle, how I handle shifting priorities, lead teams, etc.
Overall, I think this would have been a good opportunity. I would apply again in the future.
