Interview
I attended their Career Night in Metro West with a friend. The office is very nice, similar to the Hollywood portrayal of a high-end business office. They shuffled us all into a conference room and they went over the company's policies and values. Then, they have a presentation from the sales managers from Outbound Sales and then one from Inbound Sales. They explain what each has to offer, then you pick which side you want to interview for and which schedule you want. (Outbound offers more day shifts, but Inbound makes more $ generally speaking. The interview itself was a typical one with questions centered around finding out your sales experience and how well you handle rejections. The company is offering a $1500 sign on bonus payable after your 90th day of work!! That's a $500/month bonus every month for the 1st 3 months!!!! Can't beat it! Plus, they give away flat screens, $100 bills, vacation trips, and even a new car (Nissan Altima every year!!!) as incentives to boost sales!!! Not to mention the full medical, dental, vision and 401k insurance, what's not to love?
