Hines interview questions

Recruiter from HR called after I submitted my application. Told me I have great experience for the role and that Id receive a call by the end of the day. Never got a call. So I emailed to follow up and was told MANAGING director was not moving forward with an interview. I asked for feedback, but all I got was silence.
