Hines interview questions

The interview process was about 4 interviews. One with the recruiter and then the other 3 with the technical managers. Everyone was really nice and they didn't throw any curve balls at me.

Acquisition Specialist reached out to me to schedule a 1 hour Zoom interview with the senior controller and controller for the investment management group. Right off the bat, I could feel the interviewers were extremely humble and professional. They only inquired about my current job and responsibilities and didn't probe into previous employment history. Interview was very easygoing and felt relaxing even though I went over the time limit. Hiring manager made a point to ask me about my hobbies outside of work. Received good feedback almost immediately after the weekend following my Friday interview. Secured an offer in the week right after initial interview. Very generous in salary and benefits, could not be happier making the jump to Hines!
