I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honeywell in Sep 2015
Interview
It was a nice 1 on 1 interview. The interviewer asked direct interview questions. The questions weren't tricky at all and were very typical interview questions asked by other companies. At the end of the interview, you will be mailed an online form. I actually didn't see this form since it was an automated response email and I thought it was nothing important. I only found out about it a month or so after when I was looking for updates about the job. Needless to say, I wasn't able to fill it up. It's probably the reason why I didn't get the job.
Typical behavioural questions but you will drift off a lot. The recruiters like to make normal conversation in between questions so expect casual talk. Will also talk about the different aspects of honeywell.

Question 1
When was a time you faced criticism and how did you deal with it.
A first round interview with the hiring manager and some light technical questions (all ME fundamentals - beams, heat transfer etc.). There was then a long online quiz. First there were a bunch of reading comprehension Qs, with wording designed to trip you up. the second portion was a click-thru word association test that lasted 45 minutes.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
A very good interview process. Spoke directly with people on the team I was interested in. They were thoughtful and asked direct questions relating to my experience. They were thoughtful, considerate of my time, and helped me see how my experience and expertise could fit in with their team.
