I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honeywell in Nov 2007
Interview
After submitting my resume during a college job fair, I was called for a 1 on 1 interview. The interviewer was understanding and very accommodating to my questions. I maintained email contact with this interviewer until I was scheduled for a phone interview with the HR representative of the plant, the lead production engineer and the site manager several weeks later. The phone interview was quick; they told me information about my salary, job expectations and some differences in the types of engineering there. After the phone interview, the site manager, lead production engineer and another engineer took me to lunch, where we talked about the process at the plant. I was then hired and scheduled for a urine drug test. Upon passing, I was a full time employee.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (El Segundo, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Single 45 minute interview with engineering manager. Asked typical behavioral questions and asked questions about projects and clubs from my resume. Received an offer from university recruiting a few weeks after the interview.
