It is a structured interview process using predetermined questions and everyone in the panel they have the same format. The questions are from STAR Method and related to Aerospace engineering, the interview typically takes about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. In most cases it will come down to manager’s decision for hiring. It usually takes about a month for HR to contact the individual. There will be a drug screening test, background check, and immigration status check. If the individual passes all those tests, he will have an orientation day with HR and he will start his first day the following day.

Give me an example of a time when you had to make a split second decision.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
There was a written test followed by 2 rounds of technical interview and then HR interview. Since we were final year students at that time, we got an opportunity for internship on clearing the interview process. overall a very good interview experience
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Moca, PR) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online, and was called for an on-site interview within 10 days. The first round of interviews was with the hiring manager and a senior engineer. The nature of the interview was relaxed, they asked behavioral questions as well as technical questions. I didn't feel like I was being grilled, and never felt like I was put on the spot. After briefly explaining the projects that they worked on they moved on to my resume and asked questions about my experience and what I had learned during those. After the interview they seemed pleased, and I asked questions of my own. Within a week they set up a second round of interviews with HR, which consisted of behavioral questions. It was quite easy and short. A couple days after that interview I received an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2017
Interview
An onsite interview started with a tour of facilities and continued in a room with senior engineers. It was your basic STAR format, with only behavioral questions and no technical test. I came well prepared, took notes, and asked questions, when given a chance. I really enjoyed getting to know the team and some details of the job.
