On the phone, recruiter just went over my resume
During the technical interview, we went over my resume and technical / coding questions
Last round was on site with some technical questions and behavioral followed by a tour of the facility

Prepare your resume well before the interview. Most questions were from the resume.
Apart from that, questions on backend were asked like What is Callback? , How will you identify and deal with an error in your server? Etc

Suppose you are designing a server for Bank and it's data, what kind of database will you use and why?
It was pretty straightforward, they asked some questions about my experience, I did a coding test and had a more casual second interview. The casual interview was mostly me asking questions about how working there is like and the interviewer asked me some questions on my knowledge about of Linux
Simple. Asked a couple of behavioral questions but it wasn't bad. They got back to me soon after with a location and offer over the phone. But they did take forever to give information about the internship and everything after.
