I applied online. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (París) in Jan 2020
Interview
I responded to a job posting and got contacted by HR team member about a week after. Then the process was pretty quick, first phone screening with HR, then onsite interview with a VP sales, another colleague, and HR. Final interview was with the Head of the country. This one little tough (under the pressure), but he took the decision very quickly. Finally I met with another person from HR to go over formal details and check my French (which was required for the position).
The offer proposal was the longest step. It took about a month from the positive interview feedback and official job offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember exact questions anymore, but at some point I was challenged that company's culture and environment might be difficult for a woman and had to show that I'm strong enough for that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies
Interview
The hiring process was fairly straight forward, screening interview through HR agency, supporting CV and description of experiences. Second and last interviews with hiring manager and then director level. More concerned with culture and acceptance of Chinese culture.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2011

It was pretty easy. Just met few people from US office and had conference call with Team Leader from China to brief them over my resume! No difficult questions...:)
