Applied through a recruitment agency. I had a telephone interview with the recruitment agency. It was a competency based interview. The next step was the assessment center in Reading (UK). The process was clear, all the different stages were well explained in advance. The assessment center was of average difficulty. All the interviewers were Asians and I personally had difficulties in understanding their English.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.

They asked me about my "greatest weakness," but it felt more like a filler question. It didn’t really seem relevant to the role or give any insight into my skills.
