Colloquio sviluppato in tre fasi, conoscitivo , tecnico e con il manager.
Primo incontro (al telefono), parli con HR dove ti fa la le solite domande: sul tuo percorso universitario/lavorativo.
Seconda fase: siccome non avevo esperienza mi ha chiesto, che progetti avevo affrontato durante la carriera universitaria, poi mi ha chiesto cosa è una stazione base, qual'è la forma che ottimizza una cella di una stazione base, e i protocolli principali che avevo visto

I got the contacted by outsourcing resource company
All interviews were technical
Massive questions in routing speacially for ISPs
That had to do all intervews via phone call
The process was not cinducted by HR is wasnt coear at the begging
they have three phases of interview. the first is the initial with hr which is followed by the technical with their engineers then one final interview with the head of their department.
