IBM Application Consultant interview questions

First of all your resume should clear screening Test, then you will get a chance to attend for an interview. Then you need to be go for Technical round interview, either it will be a telephonic or F2F, once you have done with your tech round means you need to go for HR Interview round, after that it will take around 3-4 weeks to get the Offer.

It started with a telephonic technical interview and HR interview.This was followed by my background check ,taking feedback from previous employer,etc..once that was through,they called for another round of face to face discussion about the compensation they would offer and negotiations over it if the need be so.Finally it was done!
