Asked several questions that dealt with working on a team. Also asked questions on how you addressed certain scenarios on that team and if there were ways you could have handled it differently.

Question 1
How did you change someones mind in a task at hand that you felt should have been done differently.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Your'e hiring process needs work. IBMer's fails to value you others time. Not only did I have problems taking IBM's assessment test but when I received a phone call for my first interview it was unscheduled and with no prior notice. My second interview, the interviewer failed to show...for this first and the second rescheduled interview. Further more when attempting to get in contact with someone to figure out what was going on I could not get anyone on the phone or respond to any email until a month later.
Submitted application, online cognitive test and then spoke to their talent acquisitions partner on the phone. She described the position and then indicated that I would be receiving an email to coordinate an interview with the mentor from the team. After several days pass and no word, I followed up over email and received no response. My online status said "Interviews". Several days after that I was unable to reach their acquisitions partner on the phone and my status was updated to no longer under consideration. When people are looking for work it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to put them through false hope.
