IBM Consultant interview questions

Three days before the interview date, I received an official email with time sensitive actions. The interview times and interviewer names were emailed the day before. My interview took place mid February, consisting of 3 x 30 min interviews and 2x 15 min breaks between. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks. After 3+ weeks, I reached out to my recruiting partner for an update...twice. My recruiter finally responded (over a month after my interview), stating candidates were still under review. A few more emails were exchanged between the end of March- April. On April 19th I received a generic email apologizing for the delay, stating I was still under consideration, but they could not provide a timeframe. My rejection email came on April 24th, over 9 weeks after my official interview date and 13 weeks from my phone call.
