IBM Consultant interview questions

online computer test then phone interview. I spoke with the manager directly. The manager was very nice and easy talk. She just asked some basic questions and no tricky technique question. The phone conduct for only 5 mins then I got offer. Overall I think it is a very easy interview. The main reason is that my past work experience matches their requirement very well.

Interview process involved online application, followed by invite to a mixer (which acted as first round), followed by an in person second round interview with easy behavioural questions. Was quite odd that no cases were presented.
