IBM Consultant interview questions

Applied through campus career network, received an interview on campus, there were three interviews: one more behavioral in nature, one more on the technical side, and one case study interview. Most questions were pretty standard and conversational. The case wasn't difficult; just prepare to ask for additional information you will need to solve it.

One round of the interview process. 3 interviews, 1 situational, 1 behavioral and 1 case. Each interview is a 1:1 half hour session with a managing consultant or higher. Case interview is to get to know your qualitative and quantitative skills. Behavioral interview is to get to know your personality. Situational interview is to get to know how you would react in a situation based on your experience. Prepare for the interview like you are preparing to meet a client and you have to sale yourself. Consultants are mostly working on client site so it’s important that you show professional maturity.
