It happened in two stages for me. I was contacted after submitting an application. I prepared for my interview and then I was told I would have another interview. The first interview was supposed to be a non-technical interview but the interviewer who told me that still asked me to code over a zoom call despite this. And the second interview which was a technical interview included many questions about Javascript and Front-end Frameworks such as Vue and React.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Singapur) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was a very straight-forward process throughout. 3 interviews, consisting of 1 HR interview, 1 technical interview, and final interview with the CTO. The technical round questioned about how to implement certain features such as uploading files, how does http protocol work, how does application communicate their data, and form validations.
