I applied to off campus for IBM and whole interview process was done in a day and they declared results on the same day. They were couple of rounds like aptitude, verbal and face to face interview.

Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
