I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Dublín, Dublín) in Jun 2022
Interview
Very quick and easy process.
1st interview was with the recruiter. They familiarized me with the project I was going to work for and asked for my work experience details, responsibilities and my expectations for this role.
2nd Interview was with the Team Lead, it was very similar to the 1st interview but more detailed. I explained in technical terms what I worked on in my past projects. They asked me simple questions about how to use Angular, how I would start with a new implementation, how to unit test, my expectations in this new role.
3rd Interview was a live-coding round. It was very easy-going. The panel was very kind, I could use google while coding. It was intended to simulate an experience in our day-to-day coding at work. So, even if I did not know a syntax I could use google or even stack overflow, just like we developers do in our everyday life.
That's it. I received a job letter within 3 days. Very smooth and pleasant experience.
