IBM Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Interview was good and was mostly programming skills. Overall a good technical experience in interview process. Interview questions were asked from COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS with DB2 and they were looking at the basic depth in each skills.

It was good, one technical round, one managerial and the HR round. They are too quick in the process. Could call at anytime of a day and schedule the interview, even on Saturday and Sunday, even if not preferred by you. HR would keep insisting to take it whenever its scheduled. Most of the time, they wouldn't go according to your availability, thus sometimes a bit hard to manage.
