IBM Software Developer - Back End interview questions

Applied through the IBM career website, recieved an interview offer 3 days later. Interview was not too hard, few behavior questions, and one technical question (code pair gives an online ide for you to use).

I applied online and got a Hackerrank a day later. The questions and were around easy to medium difficulty. They stated that they were mainly looking for how efficient your algorithms were for the coding questions. I then received an email from a recruiter telling me I passed and that they would like to schedule a technical interview.
