I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
I applied for the position online. I was contacted by a recruiter who submitted my resume. I received a call about a week later to give more info on my background. Another week later, I had a phone interview with a Project Manager. The next business day, I was contacted to come to an interview day in NYC. They flew me 1,200 miles for two 30-minute interviews with associate partners. Complete waste of time. They said my background didn't match what they wanted for the position, well all that info was on my resume. They must not have any idea what the PMs in the field actually do.

Question 1
What do you do if a requirement is missed and we are starting Unit testing?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Dubuque, IA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Very unorganized when setting up interview. Never called my available telephone to leave a message. Only sent an email and did not allow more than a day to respond. Phone interview was more informative about what they do and what they are looking for rather than talking about how I was able to help the company and why I would be an asset.

1:1 face to face interview was open ended, and friendly. Tell me about youserlf kind of interview.
