First interview consisted of competency based questions, but had an interviewer that might be considered brash, nothing offensive, possibly also to see how you will respond to 'demanding clients etc' and truly evaluate whether you want to work 'the grind'. An odd tone I personally found if hiring. Second interview was casual and more experience based validation of perhaps first interview assessment.
