The process of assessment was too much concentrated for experienced candidates that a fresher would get stuck without knowing how to get forward! While I was giving the assessment for the role which was concentrated on frontend development, but all the questions asked was purely for a backenddeveloper

The interview was a fairly straightforward one, and it seemed to focus more on assessing the interviewee's behavior, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving approach rather than delving deeply into their technical expertise.
