IBM Technical Consultant interview questions

Was very friendly and casual, There were two round of interviews, one via phone call the other face to face. The HR contact is very professional and during the interview I was asked a list of questions including the combination of competency and technical questions

The manager was really nice, he introduced the program, the organization, and also himself. Then ask some basic questions, for example, my CV, my master thesis.... It was a nice conversation.
