People were very friendly. They asked me about my experience and asked standard interview questions. They were ready to hire me but for a different position (seasonal and not the one I applied for).

Please tell me about the case when you exceeded the expectation of a customer.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

Question 1
When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
