Interview
Short and sweet, the IKEA recruitment team was delightfully pleasant and friendly. And while certain circumstances did not allow me to go through with the process, IKEA makes scary proceedings like interviews an absolute pleasure.

Question 1
How would you convince me to sell this? (shows me a broken pencil)
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
