When I interviewed for a Customer Service Representative role at IKEA, the process started with submitting my application online. After that, I was invited to complete an online assessment, which focused on problem-solving, customer service scenarios, and multitasking skills.
Next, I had a phone interview where they asked about my experience, my interest in IKEA, and my availability. It was a friendly and straightforward conversation. After that, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. They asked a lot of situational and behavioral questions, like how I’d handle an upset customer or a busy day at work.

Interview
The process was long with multiple interviews; however good for both parties I believe as we both got to know eachother. I enjoyed the hiring process. Will always be open to interview again for future roles.
