IKEA Sales Co-Worker interview questions

Staffs there are very nice and the entire process is very friendly. I was a bit nervous at the start but the jokes and laughters relaxed me. Overall, the interviewers are very nice as well.

I have one phone screening call, then a meeting call with the Leaders and cultural manager. At the first impression, I love how people greet people in the first sight. They are warm and really try hard to do the ice breaking part to make you feel more comfortable. Everyone is really great and warm. I love the culture there too.
