Interview
The most talks we had focused on social skills in that position, for example, navigating different teams with very different competences to get their input on a project. The hiring manager was eager to get the person who could easily manoeuvre in the organisation, and was ready to settle on less technical or engineering competence it seemed. Overall very positive experience. I chose not to proceed to the offer process since decided to stay with my current employer.
