I applied online. I interviewed at IKEA (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview was at the Philadelphia store by Tonia. She was a very nice person and pleasant to talk to. She gave me a great idea of what the job would be and what a great company Ikea is to work for.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied online and got an email the next day showing IKEA’s interest. Scheduled a phone interview mid-December and ended up having it a week early. Moved onto to schedule an in-person interview a few days later. On that day, I showed up early to find the assigned interviewer had already gone home so another sales manager interviewed me. From the start we couldn’t communicate easily and he didn’t bother to write down any notes or answers to the questions. We were in a room talking for over an hour and it seemed to be going fine. If I didn’t seem like the “best fit” for the job, it would have been more convenient to cut it short and send me on my way. It’s very misleading and a waste of time. Would not re-apply.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IKEA (West Thurrock, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interviewer was very nice, and very interested in everything I had to say. Questions were average and very easy to answer. Must research about Ikea and values, be prepared to mention them
